Cool Ventures Inc. Expands Management Team

Cool Ventures Inc. (“Cool”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Travis Balaski as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cool LNG Inc. (“Cool LNG”), effective January 3, 2023. Cool LNG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cool, and is focused on developing, owning, and operating small-scale LNG projects, using the patented Cool modified aqua-ammonia absorption technology.
