Cool Ventures Inc. Announces Executive Appointments

Cool Ventures Inc. (“Cool”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ray G. Mills as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective April 1, 2021. He replaces George B. de Boon, who was appointed Executive Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.
